Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rizora, operated by Rizora LLC ("Rizora," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Rizora (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use Rizora.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizora.
By using Rizora, you represent that:
- You are 18 years or older
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the platform
2. The Rizora Platform
Rizora is a platform that allows users ("Users") to send paid messages to creators ("Creators").
Rizora:
- Is not a dating service
- Does not guarantee personal relationships or outcomes
- Does not guarantee Creator availability beyond paid reply terms
- Does not act as an employer of Creators
Creators are independent users of the platform.
3. Accounts
You create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments & Fees
Users pay Creators per message at fixed rates (40 gems for text messages, 50 gems for image messages).
4.1 Message Payments
- New accounts receive 40 gems to get started.
- Messages require gems based on the message type (text or image).
- Payment (in gems) is deducted before a message is delivered to a Creator.
- Once a Creator replies, the transaction is considered fulfilled.
- Gem purchases and message payments are generally non-refundable once fulfilled.
4.2 Creator Earnings
Creators earn revenue from paid messages subject to:
- Platform fees
- Payment processing fees (via Autumn.js/Stripe)
- Payout schedules
Rizora may modify fee structures with notice.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Rizora does not guarantee:
- The content quality of Creator responses
- Personal advice accuracy
- Emotional satisfaction
- Any personal, romantic, financial, or professional outcome
All interactions occur at your own risk.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Send illegal, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Send explicit unlawful material
- Attempt to bypass payment systems
- Impersonate another person
- Circumvent platform moderation
- Interfere with platform security
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By using Rizora, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store
- Process
- Display
- Moderate
your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Moderation & AI
We may use automated systems and AI tools to:
- Detect abuse or fraud
- Enforce platform rules
- Protect Creators
We may remove content or restrict accounts if violations are detected.
9. Intellectual Property
All Rizora branding, design, software, and platform content are owned by Rizora or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Commercially exploit
any part of the platform without written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraud or abuse
- Risk to platform integrity
- Legal requirements
Termination may result in loss of access and forfeiture of pending earnings in cases of policy violations.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Rizora shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Emotional distress
- Lost profits
- Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100
- The total amount you paid to Rizora in the last 12 months
13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
You and Rizora agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive:
- The right to a jury trial
- The right to participate in class actions
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing: support@rizora.com
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Rizora after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
